: •Generate business leads internally and externally.•Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. •Cultivate new sales leads to establish business and market/ negotiate offered services. •Responsible for overall profitability of the respective branches in the region.•Leverage company value proposition to expand customer base•Manage resource allocation while identifying emerging markets and market shifts.•Responsible for the performance and development of team•Create and manage the branch's strategic plan•Develop and maintain best business practices. •Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building.•Maintains healthy receivables & monitor level of bad debts•Drive both revenue and margin growth across vertical Candidate with 15-20 years of experience in freight forwarding/ISO Tank sales is mandatory.Intersected candidates can send updated resume or whatsapp me@-
