Business Development Manager- DSA

Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
o Manage and strengthen relationships with existing DSA partners.
o Forge new partnerships in alignment with business requirements.
Business Strategy Execution:
o Execute the company's objectives and business plans to scale up DSA
business.
o Collaborate with the CRM team on marketing plans and campaign strategies.
Reporting and Reconciliation:
o Ensure timely reconciliation of reports and execution of agreements.
o Manage end-to-end deal closures with partners.
Analysis and Support:
o Analyze the MIS reports of partners and assist DSA partners in enhancing
productivity.
o Mobilize business with DSA partners to achieve set targets.
Quality Control:
o Apply credit norms in the selection and screening of DSA partners to ensure
quality.
Contract Management:
o Provide ongoing support to DSA partners throughout the contract duration,
maintaining cordial relations for future business opportunities.
Information Management:
o Forward daily business updates, collect information, and maintain accurate
records in the system and MIS.
Compliance:
o Adhere to process norms and procedures to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
Experience 1 to 2 years.
Must be Fluent in English/ Hindi / Local Language.
The person should have Experience in handling partners
Preference will given to manager from a Finance background (LOAN BANKING /
INSURANCE)
Good knowledge of MS -office Skills – Especially in MS- Excel
