PositionPurpose

  • Performthe additional senior position roles along with BAU activities likeRegulatory reporting FX coordination static setup accounting signoffs

  • Preparation ofdocuments/ reviewing agreements ifany

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating basicstatic data set up for custodian operations e.g. client master ISINposition limit etc.
  • Managing Cash / FX flows w.r.t.custodian operations vis visclient
  • Ensure due accounting is done ona regular basis as per groupstandards.
  • Timely signoffs to regional /APAC Financeteams
  • Client cash a/c reconciliationand securityreconciliation
  • Interaction with regulators andother entities for various reporting to be complied as aCustodian.
  • Develop understanding of Conductprinciples by ensuring staff participation to awareness &training sessions AntiMoney Laundering / Financial Sanctions(AML/FS) relatedduties.
  • Operations are an integral partof the control framework including for AML/FS topics. In thatrespect in performing your role you are expected to ensureadherence to AML/FSrelated Group Policies and execution ofassociated operational controls and to promptly escalate anyresulting hit for analysis and decision to the relevantauthority.
  • To assistHead of Cross functions Operations in undertaking variousadministrativeactivities.
  • UAT ofthe backoffice software for the Clearing & Settlement andRegulatoryreporting
  • Interaction withClients/Regulatory for operationalissues.
