A2G is a leading Management consulting firm specializing in Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), ESG, and Corporate finance.


Role Overview:

We seek a dynamic and impactful professional to lead our EPR, ESG -Consulting, Compliance & Assurance services across India. This pivotal role involves leading our PMO for the EPR and ESG Consulting service and reporting directly to the Director/Senior Partner. The ideal candidate will connect with large FMCG companies, MNCs, and consumer product manufacturers to drive our mission forward.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Projects Management Operations and Execution:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of projects under sustainability, including compliance, consulting, and assurance projects in environment, social, governance, and EPR domains.
  • Lead the planning, scheduling, communication, networking, and training requirements relevant to the role.
  • Effectively manage the entire Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) & Project Management Officer (PMO).

2. Client and Stakeholder Management:

  • Identify potential opportunities within the client base and relevant stakeholders to accelerate business volume.
  • Promote EPR solutions and services to manufacturers, corporates, and brands, ensuring clients are supported with frameworks for EPR compliance.
  • Exhibit effective and strong communication skills.

3. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage and develop a high-performing team to deliver quality services to clients.
  • Foster a scalable team, ensuring systematic business operations and leadership development.
  • Define and review performance parameters in terms of time, cost, and quality.

4. Strategic Planning and Domain Expertise:

  • Identify and implement prospective updates and changes in the domain.
  • Proactively address challenges by collaborating with clients and internal management.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of data and knowledge about EPR-obligated materials and other relevant materials for advocacy.

5. Industry Representation and Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Represent the company in relevant industry associations related to sustainability.
  • Liaise with other support functions for cross-functional assignments and operations.

6. Business Development:

  • Demonstrate strong performance in business development.
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset with great collaboration, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.


Qualifications:

  • Full-time post-graduation/Master's degree from a reputed university in MBA/Operations/Project Management.
  • Proven leadership experience of 5+ years and a total of 10+ years of experience, preferably with consulting, start-up, or FMCG companies, Supply Chain.
  • Preferably from the sustainability, ESG, or Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) domain.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a large team.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
  • PMP & Prince2 Certificate preferable
