- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals.
- Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholders
- Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and execution of project work efforts.
- Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet user expectations.
- Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately.
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of Customers. Coordinates communication with all stakeholders on project scope, budget, risk, and resource requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years IT work experience, with at least 3 years in managing projects
- Proven experience in IT support project management
- Good knowledge on ITIL process (Incident, Problem and change management)
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications) is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kan-ban, etc.) and experience leading Agile projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices, with the ability to apply ITIL principles to improve IT service management processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with project management ITSM tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Service Now, Microsoft Project) to plan, execute, and track project progress.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and address project risks, ensuring successful risk mitigation and issue resolution.
- Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
