GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, telecommunication, mathematics, or a similar discipline, preferably having a master's degree,
- At least 15 years of professional work experience. (Candidates with at least 10 years of experience in the Automatic Fare Collection field will be preferred.)
- Residing/able to reside in Bhopal & Indore
- Knowing Digital Payment Systems workflow and operations
- Having knowledge and technical background in project management
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes Jira, Confluence, etc. able to use project management and workflow tools effectively
- Analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving skills,
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,
Job Description
- Collaborating with the software team to clarify impediments, recommending actions, mitigate risks, and transparency of project progress, determining the project needs,
- Develop and communicate project plans, status reports, and other documents and presentations,
- Managing of demand and roadmap processes by coordinating teams, evaluating the demands, enhancing the overall delivery process, communicating with the other managers,
- Able to perform the creation of the necessary tasks by extracting the workflow processes on JIRA,
- Creating Mockups using the tools in project planning processes,
- Manage IT projects in line with the project management methodology to achieve successful project delivery,
- Ability to produce solutions after detecting problems, bugs or in such cases,
- Proactively assign work and provide instructions, advice, guidance and leadership to the project staff.
