Job Description
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals.
  • Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholders
  • Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and execution of project work efforts.
  • Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet user expectations.
  • Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately.
  • Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of Customers. Coordinates communication with all stakeholders on project scope, budget, risk, and resource requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years IT work experience, with at least 3 years in managing projects
  • Proven experience in IT support project management
  • Good knowledge on ITIL process (Incident, Problem and change management)
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications) is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kan-ban, etc.) and experience leading Agile projects from initiation to successful completion.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices, with the ability to apply ITIL principles to improve IT service management processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with project management ITSM tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Service Now, Microsoft Project) to plan, execute, and track project progress.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and address project risks, ensuring successful risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently. Knowledge of the software industry and understanding of software products/services is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus. Must be located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, or willing to relocate.
