Overview:TheAd Sales Manager in the Television Industry plays a crucial role indriving advertising sales revenue for the Television network. Theyare responsible for developing and implementing sales strategiesmanaging client relationships and staying abreast of advertisingtrends in the industry to meet revenuetargets.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop and executesales strategies to achieve advertising sales revenuetargets.
  • Negotiate advertising deals andcontracts with clients and agencies.
  • Manage andcultivate relationships with advertising clients to ensure theirneeds are met.
  • Conduct market research andanalyze advertising trends to identify new businessopportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing andcreative teams to develop compelling advertising solutions forclients.
  • Monitor and report on salesperformance and market trends to seniormanagement.
  • Stay updated on industryregulations and compliance standards related toadvertising.
  • Lead and motivate the sales teamto achieve individual and collective salestargets.
  • Participate in industry events andnetworking activities to promote advertising salesopportunities.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inMarketing Business Communications or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in advertising ormedia sales preferably in the televisionindustry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting andexceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understandingof advertising sales processes andstrategies.
  • Excellent negotiation andcommunication skills.
  • Ability to analyze marketdata and trends to drive salesstrategies.
  • Experience in client relationshipmanagement and customer service.
  • Proficiency inCRM and sales management software.
  • Knowledge ofadvertising regulations and compliancestandards.
  • Leadership and team managementskills.


Note:Candidate from TV industry ispreferred.
WorkingDays: Monday toFriday
