Job Purpose

We are recruiting for a passionate technical trainer. He or she will create technical training programmes and assist others in acquiring the skills necessary to succeed as professionals. He or she must have strong technical aptitude and be exceptionally versed in their area of specialty. In addition, we anticipate that he or her will be a brilliant communicator who can clearly and engagingly explain complicated issues. The objective is to support people in developing their technical/IT abilities to suit organisational needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
  • Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment for International users. 
  • Able to deliver, project, and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics
  • Manage the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the training center, in support of the organization’s needs.
  • Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs 
  • Training content development (video, graphical-based) for the new products in line with the product line-up.
  • Explore the new training methodology to develop the soft skills of technical staff across the dealer network.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all training programs and follow up with the respective market's training progress to ensure 100% training participation at the dealerships. 
  • Ensure 100 % of technicians are enrolled in the learning management portal. 
  • Explore the new training content to enhance the soft skills of the service advisors, and work managers to meet the customer handling and maintain the satisfaction level.
  • Managing user registrations in the learning portal. 
  • Conduct Train the trainer programs as per new product launch plans,
  • Country-wise training plans to be prepared and ensure the training completion in the respective markets. 
  • Conducting skill competitions, assessing the technical capabilities, and training suggestions to the individual technicians to enhance their technical competencies.
  • Create high-quality deliverables within the project budget and policy deadlines
  • Sourcing the new vendor into the organization to develop the training content. 
  • Preparation of SOW and quote negotiation with the vendors for content creation Etc


Work Experience

Education

Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
