Note: Pharma Experience is amust. Associate must have worked on SAP Migration Projects.
Heres how youll contribute:

University degree in the field of IT business administrationbusiness informatics computer science or comparable.
Highly experienced with SAP S/4HANA implementations and businesstransformation programs.
Proven understanding of SupplyChain processes and financial processes preferably
Preferably experienced in Implementation and migration to SAPS/4HANA (Greenfield and Brownfield) as well as fit to standardapproach.
Managed at least 5 full life cycle SAPprojects preferably in SAP S/4HANA projects.
Minimum of5 years of experience in leading IT projects with specificexperience and knowledge with SAP S/4HANA both functionally andtechnically oriented projects such as upgrades new installations.
Outstanding knowledge of SAP S/4HANA with SAP PMActivate certification.
Confirmed project managementskills knowledge and experience with new technology projects (PMPPMI certificate is considered as an advantage).
Proventrack record of delivering projects on time on budget and toquality to maximize customer satisfaction.
Strongexperience in risk & issue management financial managementstakeholder management.
Proven ability to work in amulticultural environment with multidiscipline teams.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in the English language.

You ll do this by:
Managing andowning all aspects of technical development and delivery
Estimation of efforts identifying risks and providing technicalsupport whenever needed
Demonstrating the ability tomultitask and reprioritizing responsibilities based on dynamicrequirements
Leading and mentoring of teams
Ahighly motivated natural team player with stupendous communicationinterpersonal and analytical skills. Skilled in delivering in agoal oriented target driven work environment.
Facilitateworkshops to collect business requirements
Coordinateproject activities amongst the functional and technical teammembers consultants
Manage a small team to define therequirements for a core banking platform through challenging thebusiness on their need and wants
Provides projectmanagement expertise and leads key project work streams workingwith the full project life cycle following project Governanceprocesses
Scope plan and manage projects through theentire life cycle ensuring delivery to time cost and quality
Establish and maintain risk assessment to identify andassess the material risks that arise in their area ofresponsibility
Comply with relevant Bank Policiestesting and certifying the adequacy and effectiveness of theircontrols regularly
To establish and build relationshipsacross the Bank to facilitate the achievement of strategic goalsmaintaining momentum throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure projects meets internal and external customer requirements
Support CI in the project environment promoting Leanprinciples through appropriate use of CI tools WorkOut WorkPlace
Identify and evaluate project risks and issues anddevise and implement effective mitigation strategies
Proficient in use project management tools and techniques (orequivalent)
Ability to lead a project team of varyingsizes
Capable of managing 13 direct reports
Some travel maybe required for education project support generallynot to exceed an average of 25%
Demonstrable leadershipand managerial skills the ability to establish and maintainrelationships with client leadership
Experience withmanaging project financials the commercial and contractual aspectsof projects
Lead national or international projectssubprojects including the technical coordination of heterogeneousteams;
Establish strong collaboration with internal andexternal contacts at management level as well as offshore liaisonofficers;
Act as an owner of the IT/SAP solutions in thearea/areas of responsibility;
Develop and implementactivities related to endtoend project management including projectplans and estimates priorities and requirements throughimplementation;
Proactively monitor handle and report onexecution of deliverables and project financials;
Leadseveral projects in parallel (multiproject management);
Vendor coordination during projects execution;
Workproactively with customers and handle relationships withstakeholders;
Establish a working atmosphere as part ofthe project delivery process which supports teamwork and knowledgesharing.
