We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. The SAP Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate project teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business users.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members to ensure successful project execution.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and control project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and controlling costs.
  • Allocate and manage project resources effectively to meet project objectives.


Candidate Must Have:


  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication as well as Interpersonal and Analytical Skills
  • Must have Solid Expertise of multiple years on any One Core Module of SAP (Example: SD, FI, MM, WM, PP QM Etc.)
  • Must have Strong knowledge of SAP Systems, Architecture, Implementation Processes.
  • Must have solid SAP Project Management Experience
  • Must have Proficiency in Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA Etc.).


Candidate Should Desirably Have:


  • Experience/ Exposure in Public Cloud
  • Experience of managing Multiple End-to-End Full Cycle Implementations - S/4HANA Greenfield / Migration Projects
  • Experience of working for Indian and US Clients.


Qualification Required:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.)
  • SAP Certification


Certifications would be Preferred:


  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Certification


Willingness to Relocate and Work:

Candidate Must have willingness to work 5 Days a Week from Hackett Office @ Hyderabad. Should have willingness to support during night shifts.
