We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

The SAP Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Coordinate and manage project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business users.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Provide guidance and support to project team members to ensure successful project execution.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with stakeholders.

Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues that arise.

Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders.

Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor and control project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and controlling costs.

Allocate and manage project resources effectively to meet project objectives.

Candidate Must Have: Excellent Verbal & Written Communication as well as Interpersonal and Analytical Skills Must have Solid Expertise of multiple years on any One Core Module of SAP (Example: SD, FI, MM, WM, PP QM Etc.) Must have Strong knowledge of SAP Systems, Architecture, Implementation Processes.

Must have solid SAP Project Management Experience Must have Proficiency in Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA Etc.).

Candidate Should Desirably Have: Experience/ Exposure in Public Cloud Experience of managing Multiple End-to-End Full Cycle Implementations - S/4 HANA Greenfield / Migration Projects Experience of working for Indian and US Clients.

Qualification Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

(Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.) SAP Certification Certifications would be Preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Certification Willingness to Relocate and Work: Candidate Must have willingness to work 5 Days a Week from Hackett Office@Hyderabad.

Should have willingness to support during night shifts.
