Job Purpose

The incumbent shall support in driving and accomplishing key HR deliverables and priorities to meet the business objectives, by actively interfacing and partnering with the business team by deploying strategic HR interventions and methodologies to attain the business HR goals.

 

Key Responsibilities


HRBP Deliverables:

  • Being an active HR interface to business team to instill high performance culture by creating safe and harmonious workplace by advising and enriching the business unit leaders and sub functional leaders on people matters 
  • Responsible for hiring of manpower (SoC) since the warehouse is planning to scale up the operations. He will also be responsible for the operations of the Jaipur Plant
  • Ensuring and being compliant with people process and practices - performance Management, Setting Annual work plan, employees work Ethics by driving and demonstrating organizational Values and Vision
  • Receptive to employees grievances and immediate resolutions by partnering with HR COE team and other relevant stakeholders 
  • Nurture and develop talents in the business for uninterrupted talent supply to carry out the business deliverables - Sourcing, deploying, developing, rewarding and retaining.


Plant HR/IR Deliverables :

  • Manpower planning and necessary budgeting for manpower deployment on daily basis to attain daily business targets 
  • Contract Labour Management - Contractors monthly audits, Contract labours discipline at workplace and contract labour statutory compliance and monthly bill processing
  • Require exhaustive working knowledge on Daily and monthly manpower reporting and analysis for effective manpower rationalization to maintain the cost 
  • Manpower expenses - Monthly manpower invoicing, creating PR and follow PO for on time settlement of manpower bills and payments’
  • Should have strong knowledge on time office management especially on Contract labors attendance management and compliances
  • Should have complete knowledge on factory compliances procedurals and practices under all relevant applicable laws
  • Should be good in liaising with various local authorities Like RIICO, Tehsil, Labour Department and Local Police Station etc
  • Should be able to manage day to day admin Job with the help of the Local agency team like Canteen, Housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Should be able to Manage various teams like Housekeeping, Security and Maintenance and be able to manage various vendors related to Admin and facility management. 
  • Able to manage the budget.
