Your expertisewill drive the creation of compelling narrativesacrossvarious genres and topics ensuringthat each piece resonates deeply with ourlisteners.

KeyResponsibilities:
  1. ContentDevelopment: Lead the ideation process to generate innovativeconcepts for original audio shows and audiobooks drawinginspiration from diverse sources and audienceinsights.
  2. Scriptwriting and Editing:Collaborate with writers to develop captivating scripts thattranslate seamlessly into audio format ensuring compellingstorytelling and audienceengagement.
  3. Production Management: Oversee theendtoend production process from casting talent to finalizing sounddesign ensuring the highest quality standards are met whileadhering to project timelines.
  4. CreativeDirection: Provide clear and strategic direction to the productionteam guiding them in bringing your vision to life and maintainingconsistency with our brand identity.
  5. AudienceEngagement: Continuously monitor audience feedback to refinecontent and optimize audienceengagement.
  6. Quality Assurance: Conduct thoroughquality checks at each stage of production to uphold audioexcellence and ensure alignment with our brand values andstandards.Qualifications:

Experience:
  1. Minimum of 2 yearsof experience in creating original audio shows and audiobooks witha proven track record of success in developing engaging contentacross different genres.
  2. Creativity:Demonstrated ability to generate fresh and compelling ideas coupledwith a keen understanding of storytelling techniques and narrativestructure.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellentverbal and written communication skills with the ability toeffectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members at alllevels.
  4. Passion for Audio: Genuine enthusiasmfor the audio medium and a deep appreciation for its potential toinspire educate and entertainaudiences.
  5. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in afastpaced dynamic environment with the flexibility to adapt tochanging priorities and projectrequirements.
