Job Summary

As a Lead Generation Specialist you will play a crucialrole in driving business growth by identifying and qualifyingpotential leads. You will leverage various platforms and strategiesto generate interest in our services and assist our sales team inconverting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Identification: Utilizevarious sources including social media online platforms andnetworking events to identify potential leads in the real estatemarket.
  • Outreach:Conduct outreach to potential clients through phone calls emailsand social media to introduce our services and gaugeinterest.
  • Qualification: Qualify leadsbased on established criteria to ensure they align with our targetmarket and service offerings.
  • Database Management:Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead informationand interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closelywith the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaignsand strategies for lead generation.
  • Reporting: Track and reporton lead generation activities outcomes and conversion rates toassess effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Market Research: Stayinformed about industry trends competitor activities and marketdevelopments to enhance lead generation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degreein Marketing Business Real Estate or a related field ispreferred.
  • Experience: Provenexperience 3years in lead generation sales or marketing preferablywithin the real estate sector.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generationtools.
  • Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities.
