Senior Administrator for Salesforce, Pardot and Gainsight

Responsibilities

Gainsight Implementation

Responsible for the architecture and configuration of the Salesforce, Pardot and Gainsight instances

Coordinate internally to help identify the sources, metrics, frequency, and granularity of data

Configure and deploy software to internal customers (including system configuration, data flow, external integrations, reports, dashboards and workflows).

Maintenance and Support

Manage user accounts, groups and security settings 

Ability to work with various Objects including Standard and Custom

Make recommendations to improve efficiencies through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures

Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user activity to make recommendations on continuous improvements

Work closely with the Business to translate business requirements into effective solutions

Work closely with all Salesforce Administrators and database engineers on system architecture

Provide escalated technical support

Operationalization of CS Processes

Partner with cross functional departments to learn business needs and how it may impact all platforms

Maintenance of system and Customer Success process documentation

Work with leadership to measure the accuracy of the customer health scorecard and design/implement required changes

Create business rules that analyze customer data, and trigger actions for the customer success team to proactively engage with customers

Remain current on customer success industry trends and best practices

Job Requirement

3-9 years experience as Gainsight Administrator

Salesforce proficiency; Salesforce Certification or Administrator experience an asset

Gainsight, Pardot, Salesforce Administrator Certifications

Literacy and/or proficiency in APEX, Java, HTML, and/or JavaScript is helpful, Deep MS Excel, SQL, and business analytics skills preferred

Literacy and understanding of data warehouse functionality (Amazon Redshift), field sets, and some knowledge or experience with S3 API an asset

Proficiency with Rules Engine , Data Designer, and complex Journey creation and maintenance

Desired Experience

Implementation of a net new instance of Gainsight, ideally with Salesforce

Integration of Salesforce and Gainsight with external apps via S3 or API

Scorecard management and advance account hierarchy

Managing contact data within all platforms
