About the role
Proactively engage in business development & Supply activities for Retail (Malls, High streets etc)
Responsibilities
Engage in business development activities for Retail (Malls, High streets etc) These activities need to be undertaken through focussed BD, networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units with Retailers / Brands / Mall owners. Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with developers & Retailers Provide Advisory services to effectively conclude Retail transactions – predominantly focussing on Delhi NCR & North India market. This includes sourcing, executing & closing Retail deals. Assess client requirements & Execute Transaction – Option Sourcing of Retail properties, Client Presentations, site Inspections, providing pricing inputs, Negotiations & Legal, Closure. Ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable options to clients. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as cash flows, and presentations. Strong financial skills. Demonstrate client and program management skills for sale/lease transactions, including coordination with offshore teams and clients. Ability to independently conduct project meetings, follow-ups and successful closure of deals. Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Ensuring client engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase. Experience & Education
2 to 3 years of experience in handing Retail Transactions At least a Graduate from a reputed college / university. MBA / Post Graduate would be an added advantageTechnical Skills & Competencies
Business Development

• Network with Retailers / Brands / Landlords
Should be self-motivated, open to multi-task, direct experience of handling clients, open to travel within NCR and outside NCR in North IndiaLocation:
