    • Manage customer accountsincluding resolving payment discrepancies and answeringinquiries.
    • Prepare financial reportsstatements and documentation asrequired.
    • Ensure compliance withfinancial regulations and internalpolicies.
    • Provide excellent customerservice to clients vendors and internalstakeholders.
    • Address customerinquiries resolve issues and provide assistance with paymentrelatedmatters.
    • Assist with administrativetasks such as filing data entry and maintainingrecords.
    • Collaborate with otherdepartments such as finance sales and operations and Technicaldepartment to facilitate smooth financial transactions and resolveissues.
    • Identify opportunities tostreamline processes improve efficiency and reducecosts.
    • Implement best practices andrecommend changes to policies or procedures asneeded.
