- Processincoming and outgoing payments accurately andefficiently.
- Monitor accountsreceivable and accounts payable to ensure timely payments andcollections.
- Verify and reconcilefinancial transactions invoices and billingstatements.
- Maintain accuraterecords of financial transactions and accountbalances.
- Manage customer accountsincluding resolving payment discrepancies and answeringinquiries.
- Prepare financial reportsstatements and documentation asrequired.
- Ensure compliance withfinancial regulations and internalpolicies.
- Provide excellent customerservice to clients vendors and internalstakeholders.
- Address customerinquiries resolve issues and provide assistance with paymentrelatedmatters.
- Assist with administrativetasks such as filing data entry and maintainingrecords.
- Collaborate with otherdepartments such as finance sales and operations and Technicaldepartment to facilitate smooth financial transactions and resolveissues.
- Identify opportunities tostreamline processes improve efficiency and reducecosts.
- Implement best practices andrecommend changes to policies or procedures asneeded.
