  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Candidate should be willing to travel for customer engagements.
  • Identifying key market segments and directing required focus on the particular segment.
  • Provide consistent after-sales follow-up and service
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
  •  Prepare daily reports and ensure each and every sales action is documented for future use/reference.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
  • Responsible for formulating strategies and out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Preparing a monthly sales plan for each State and district and ensuring monthly revenue targets.
  • He/She should be proactive in keeping up the team’s and self, morale and zeal.
