The Role

You will be responsible for :

End-to-End EPR Project Management:

  • Actively participate in all phases of EPR projects, from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure adherence to client requirements.

Review, Verification, and Audit:

  • Review and verify documents related to EPR compliance, including producer registration, collection, and recycling reports.
  • Conduct audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Identify and address any discrepancies or non-compliance issues promptly and effectively.

Client Compliance:

  • Ensure that clients remain compliant with relevant environmental regulations and EPR obligations.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on implementing best practices for waste management and recycling.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns regarding EPR compliance in a timely and professional manner.

 Periodical Reporting:

  • Prepare and deliver periodical reports to clients, providing updates on project progress, compliance status, and key performance indicators.
  • Analyse0020data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights to clients.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on changes in EPR regulations and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within EPR project management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and optimize project outcomes

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) or environmental compliance.
  • Strong understanding of EPR regulations, waste management practices, and sustainability principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to review, verify, and interpret complex documents and data.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management software.
