The Plated Project is a Mumbai-based brand that uses art to end world hunger. Featured on Shark Tank India S2, NY Times, The Guardian, and Forbes, we collaborate with leading global artists to create limited-edition art-infused products. Each product sold helps provide food to those in need. With 650,000 meals donated and a community of over 100+ artists, The Plated Project is making a significant impact.


Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for a Social Media Manager (with a clear focus on video-led content marketing).

  • Genuinely excited about social media content.
  • Has a clear sense of design with strong layouting skills
  • Is self driven and brimming with ideas
  • Is a storyteller at heart and trained to tell engaging stories using images, words and videos.


Your palette of responsibilities:

  • Video and image editing: editing images and content to create engaging reels and content for our social media and marketing efforts
  • Visual Storytelling: collaborate with the team to translate ideas and launches into compelling visual narratives (posts, animations, gifs, stories) that resonate with our target audience.
  • Brand marketing: design newsletters, marketing communication and help maintain brand consistency.
  • Brand-led design: will also be involved in creating packaging design, new product concepts


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in media, design or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience as a social media designer or similar role
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Canva
