We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our efforts for a prominent Marathi entertainment brand.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media accounts and creating compelling content that drives engagement and growth. As a Social Media Manager at POV Media, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand and business goals, specifically for a Marathi entertainment brand. A good command on Marathi language is mandatory.


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) for a Marathi entertainment brand.

• Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our audience and promotes our brand.

• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.

• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.

• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and events.

• Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights to the management team.


Qualifications:


• 2-3 years of professional experience in social media management.

• Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts for brands.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and tools.

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in Marathi and English.

• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with the Marathi entertainment industry is a plus.
