Overview:As a TeleSales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving sales andrevenue through effective communication with potential customersover the phone. You will be responsible for promoting products andservices building and maintaining relationships with clients andmeeting sales targets.KeyResponsibilities:

  • Promote and sellproducts or services over the phone
  • Build andmaintain a database of potentialleads
  • Understand customer needs and offersolutions
  • Reach out to existing and potentialcustomers to present products andservices
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolveissues
  • Meet or exceed salestargets
  • Maintain a high level of productknowledge
  • Follow up on leads and conduct coldcalls
  • Document and update customerrecords
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency ofthe sales strategies
  • Conduct market research toidentify selling possibilities and evaluate customerneeds
  • Participate in sales meetings andtraining sessions
  • Keep abreast of bestpractices and promotional trends
  • Collaboratewith the sales team to achieve betterresults
RequiredQualifications:
  • Proven experience intelesales or a similar sales/customer servicerole
  • Excellent verbal communicationskills
  • Ability to meet salestargets
  • Strong negotiationskills
  • Ability to build rapport withcustomers
  • Good knowledge of relevant computerprograms (e.g. CRM software) and telephonesystems
  • Ability to learn about products andservices and describe/explain them toprospects
  • Familiarity with sales techniques andstrategies
  • Excellent time management andorganizational skills
  • High school diploma orequivalent; degree in marketing or relevant field is aplus
  • Proven track record of successfullymeeting sales quotas
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
  • Strong workethic and selfmotivated
