Roles &Responsibilities

1. Communicatewith advertisers and internal sales and services teams via phoneemail chat and video

conferencing asneeded

2. Perform and verify the implementationof web based products with customers

3. Giveguidance support and train customers on how to use theproducts

4. Employ strong clear communicationskills with your customers and colleagues displaying your

enthusiasm and a desire to succeed

5.Deliver high quality service to your customers exceeding clientexpectations and quality scoring

Measures

EligibilityCriteria Required

1. 4 years ofexperience in Customer Service for Large Customers preferably intech domain

2. Excellent Spoken English at B2 C1or C2 Level

3. Proven experience in DigitalMarketing role managing Large clients

4.Understanding of dierent marketing objectives to consultaccordingly.

5. Experience in Google Ads(optimizing campaigns and improving ROI etc)/Analytics/GoogleMerchant Centre.

6. Experience in using GoogleTag Manager site tagging & aribution modeling

7. Knowledge of front end technologies slikeHTML/CSS/JavaScript

8. Knowledge of backendtechnologies like Node JS/React.

9.Understanding of APIs and functionalities.

10.Knowledge of CRMs like Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot.

11. Troubleshooting skills using debugging tools (e.g. webbrowser consoles)

12. Analytical mindset andcritical thinking

13. Prior experience incustomer service and relationship management Preferred

1. Understanding CMS plaorms at UI level(Wordpress/Shopify/Wix/Joomla) or similar would be a plus

2. Moderate experience in maintenance of websites withassociated knowledge of HTML JavaScript would be a plus

3. Technologically capable to quickly learn customerservice soware applications and process customer implementationsthat do not necessarily follow a standard template /process

4. Experience working in a B2Benvironment especially handling AMER clients
