RoleandResponsibilities:
Weare currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief DataOfficer to join our team. As the Chief Data Officer you will beresponsible for designing and executing the data strategy androadmap for our clients. Your role will involve engaging withsenior business stakeholders to understand their business needs andoversee the management and flow of data throughout its lifecycle.You will also be responsible for managing data governancestrategies implementing master data management practices andleading a team of talented data scientists to leverage data andpositively impact the organization. Additionally you will be incharge of designing developing and maintaining data repositoriesensuring business intelligence systems meet organizationalrequirements implementing data analytics effectively into businessprocesses and prioritizing data quality initiatives to ensureaccurate business outcomes. You will also be responsible forkeeping up with everchanging data protection regulations avoidingdata breaches by ensuring authorized access to information andimplementing measures to protect stored and transmitted data. Itwill be your responsibility to establish practices and mechanismsthat comply with data protection and privacy regulations ensuredata trustworthiness and improve user access to data whilemaintaining data protection andprivacy.
CandidateQualifications:
Theideal candidate for this position should possess a strongbackground in data management data governance and analytics. Abachelors degree in a related field is required and a mastersdegree is preferred. The candidate should have a minimum of 10years of experience in data management roles with at least 5 yearsin a leadership position. Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills are essential for this role as you will beinteracting with senior business stakeholders on a regular basis.Additionally the candidate should have a solid understanding ofdata protection and privacy regulations and be able to keep up withindustry trends and bestpractices.
