Job Overview


Junior Pharmacist Sales Rep position with Medily Prime Private Limited, a leading quick commerce platform for medicine delivery in 15 minutes. The role is based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the positioning at retail pharmacy stores.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with pharmacy partners and stores.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
  • Valid driver's license and a 2-wheeler.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate leads, close onboarding, perfom KYC process and maintain relationships with pharmacies.
  • Promote Medily Prime's value offerings, services, and products to target audience through presentations and demonstrations
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Organize and manage local events to boost sales and partner relationships.
  • Develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and progress towards targets.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry.
