This is a full-time on-site role for a Carrier Relationship Executive at SMSCloud Hub in Ahmedabad.

 The Carrier Relationship Executive will be responsible for:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with network operators, global hubs, aggregators, and enterprises. 
  • They will ensure seamless transactions and effective communication for our customers across the world. 
  • The role involves collaborating with internal teams to optimize connectivity, troubleshoot issues, and explore new opportunities. 
  • The Carrier Relationship Executive will also provide support to reselling partners in developing their mobile/A2P strategies.


Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience in working with network operators, global hubs, aggregators, or enterprises
  • Knowledge of the communication industry and trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, business, or a related field
  • Experience in the A2P messaging industry is a plus
