Job Title
Service Reliability Engineer 4This role includes ownership of technical and service elements related to design, build and managing Cloud Infrastructure along with automated IaC deployments.Coordinates and lead the daily activities of a team.Has a good understanding of the devops environment and uses it to improve efficiency, recommends solutions/best practicesAs a key member of the team, ensure success in building and delivering the workload in Azure cloud. Support issues and incidents in public Cloud EnvironmentParticipate in architectural discussions and design exercises to build and automate large scale Infra and services migrations to cloud. Ability to quickly build and demonstrate Proof of Concepts and Proof of Technologies and contribute to Technology Innovation and Automation projects.Able to work in fast paced work environments – Agile development and DevOps modelMentoring & supporting the Team for delivering their deliverablesTechnical skills
Expertise in any of the Public Cloud Offerings. (Preferably Azure)Hands on experience with managing and deployment of Azure Infrastructure Components like Virtual network, Subnets, Network Security Groups, Route Tables.Thorough Understanding of Network Components like Express Route, Firewalls (Palo Alto), DNS.Experience is managing other Azure resources like VMs, Storage Accounts, Key Vaults, Log Analytics Workspace, Azure Functions.Good Understanding and experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.Experience in scripting / coding in groovy, shell and Python.Experience with various CI / CD tools (Jenkins), Source Code Repos (Git/Bitbucket), configuration management tools (Ansible/Puppet/Chef)Basic Understanding of Kubernetes and ContainersKnowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, Load balancing, Firewall technologies.Knowledge of the Linux Operating System (preferable RedHat)trong knowledge on software development methodologies like SAFe Agile/Scrum/Kanban etc with a broad understanding of enterprise project life cycle.Knowledge or Experience on any of the Monitoring Tools like Argos, Grafana, SplunkEffective communication skills (written and verbal) to articulate technical topics.Training teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required.Certification on Public Cloud, at an Intermediate or Expert level is a plusPersonal Skills
