Power Platform Practice Head

Develop andexecute a strategic business development plan to drive the adoptionand growth of Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Identify andengage potential clients including enterprises and organizations tounderstand their business needs and promote the value propositionof PowerPlatform.

Build andnurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers stakeholdersand influencers in target industries establishing the organizationas a trusted advisor for Power Platform solutions. Design andarchitect endtoend solutions using Power Apps Power Automate PowerBI and Power Virtual Agents. Provide technical guidance andleadership in implementing best practices and ensuring thescalability security and performance of Power Platformsolutions.

Conduct marketresearch and competitive analysis to identify market trendscustomer demands and opportunities for differentiation in the PowerPlatform space. Collaborate with internal teams including salesmarketing and technical teams to develop and deliver compellingproposals presentations and demonstrations tailored to clientsspecificneeds.

Leadnegotiations and contract discussions with clients ensuring thealignment of business objectives and the successful closure ofPower Platform deals.

Monitor andtrack sales performance metrics analyze market feedback and provideinsights to improve the sales and marketing strategies related toPower Platform solutions. Stay uptodate with the latestdevelopments in the Power Platform ecosystem including new featuresupdates and industry best practices. Collaborate with internalstakeholders to identify partnership opportunities alliances andcoselling arrangements that enhance the organizations PowerPlatform offerings.

Stay informedabout the competitive landscape including competing platforms andsimilar lowcode/nocode solutions and provide insights andrecommendations to stay ahead in the market. Requirements Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Engineering or in BusinessAdministration Marketing or a related field. An MBA is a plus.Proven experience in business development or sales roles preferablyin the technology industry with a focus on enterprise software orcloudsolutions.

Strongunderstanding of the Microsoft Power Platform suite including PowerApps Power Automate Power BI and Power Virtual Agents. Demonstratedtrack record of successfully driving business developmentinitiatives generating leads and closingdeals.

Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport and credibility with clients at various levels of theorganization. Strategic thinking and analytical skills with theability to identify market opportunities assess customer needs anddevelop tailored solutions. Proactive and selfmotivated with theability to work independently and drive results in a fastpaceddynamic environment. Strong presentation and storytelling skillswith the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions toboth technical and nontechnical audiences.

C#/.Net/Entity Framework Design, build, and maintain efficient,reusable, and reliable C# code. Knowledge of concurrency patternsin C# Familiarity with the .NET framework Familiarity with theEntity framework Experience working with Angular. DesignPatterns/SQL Strong understanding of object-oriented programmingFamiliar with various design and architectural patterns Familiaritywith Microsoft SQL Server Implementing automated testing platformsand unit tests Proficient understanding of code versioning toolsCloud/DevOps Be able to deploy applications to the cloud, ex. AzureFunctions, App Service, Azure CosmosDB etc at the minimum ismandatory. Azure Certification is a plus. Knowledge of Azure DevOpsQuality Ensure the best possible performance, quality, andresponsiveness of applications Identify bottlenecks and bugs, anddevise solutions to these problems Help maintain code quality,organize, and automate. Do code reviews of other teammembers.
