As an advisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will leverage your extensive experience in , , PostgreSQL, and API development to guide your team and contribute to the development of robust, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Project Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects.Collaborate with product managers, product owner, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Technical Expertise:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using and Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases.Design and implement APIs to support front-end applications and integrations.Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

Collaboration and Communication:

Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.Continuously improve development processes, tools, and methodologies.Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications:

+ years of professional experience in software development. Proven experience leading and managing development teams. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Extensive experience with and its core principles. Solid experience with and Proficiency in PostgreSQL database design and optimization. Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs. Familiarity with version control systems (Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools. Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
