Key Responsibilities:
- Windows Server and Desktop Support:
- Provide L1 and L2 support for Windows servers and desktops, ensuring uptime and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware components.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups in Active Directory.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience:
- 2-3+ years of experience in Windows support, including server and desktop environments.
- Proven experience with Active Directory, monitoring tools, and cloud platforms (AWS).

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and desktop environments.
