**ADMIN EXECUTIVE**
- We are searching for a perceptive, creative administrative executive to oversee office operations and administrative staff members. The admin executive evaluates administrative team members; develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures; and generally, ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems
- Allocate responsibilities and office space
- Provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Purchase new material as needed
- Identify process bottlenecks
- Offer solutions for improvement
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance
- Organize and supervise other office activities
- Adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
- Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
**Requirements**:
- 2 - 3 years of experience as an Administration
- Only Night shift.
- Very good understanding of office management processes
- Experience with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
