We are seeking an independentexperienced and dynamic Voice and Accent Trainer to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating the spokenEnglish proficiency and determining whether their communicationskills are suitable for servicing US and UK markets. The trainerwill then conduct comprehensive voice and accent training sessionsto align the candidates language skills with clientrequirements.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Evaluate the spoken English of potentialemployees to assess their ability to communicate with clients inthe US or UK markets.
  • Conduct voice recordings mock calls androleplays to gauge clarity pronunciation grammar andfluency.
  • Provide detailedfeedback on areas for improvement focusing on accent enunciationintonation and overall communication style.
  • Design and deliver voice and accent trainingmodules to help candidates adapt to American or Britishaccents.
  • Conductinteractive training sessions on pronunciation neutralizing accentspacing and clarity of speech.
  • Help trainees develop a customerfriendlycommunication style and the ability to handle client interactionsin a professional manner.
  • Track the progress of trainees and provideoneonone coaching where necessary to meet industrystandards.
  • Develop andmaintain training materials manuals and evaluation tools thatreflect the requirements of American and UK customer servicemarkets.
  • Prepare reportson the success of training programs and individualprogress.
  • Work closelywith management to ensure that trainees meet the necessarycommunication skill standards to serve internationalclients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Voice and Accent Trainerpreferably in the BPO sector.
  • Expertise in bothAmerican and British accents.
  • Strongunderstanding of cultural and linguistic differences between the USUK and other nationalities
  • Ability to createand implement effective trainingprograms.
  • Excellent communication presentationand interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity withtools for voice and languageassessments.
  • Bachelors degree in communicationEnglish or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience training nonnative Englishspeakers.
  • Knowledge of English proficiencylevels and accent neutralizationtechniques.
  • Familiarity with the customerservice industry particularly for US and UKmarkets.
