We are seeking a skilled Voice and Accent Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training our support and teaching team to enhance their communication skills, ensuring they deliver exceptional support to our students. The trainer will focus on improving pronunciation, intonation, and overall voice modulation to create a professional and engaging interaction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for support and teaching staff on voice modulation, accent neutralisation, and effective communication techniques.Develop and implement training materials and modules tailored to the specific needs of the team.Assess the current voice and accent proficiency of trainees and provide personalised feedback for improvement.Monitor progress and effectiveness of training sessions, making adjustments as necessary to meet training objectives.Collaborate with team leaders to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted training programs.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in voice and accent training.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in the BPO sector, with a strong emphasis on voice and accent training.Exceptional command of the English language, and the ability to exemplify effective communication.Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training programs.Flexibility to

work in UK and US shifts,

accommodating various training schedules and time zones.Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing training resources is a plus.Knowledge of working with data analysis to assess individual performance.
