We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID/REMOTE.

- Provides application technical support in complex situations as well as partners with Development teams for coordination of team / project work.
- Provides incident management and problem management service for production related incidents for Compliance applications
- Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicates to management throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Graduate/post-graduate in any stream with a preferred Production Support background.
- Good understanding of IT Applications/Service Now/ITIL/Agile/Incident Management.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in IT/ITES industry.
- Proven ability to define problems, analyse and resolve complex issues
- Strong critical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and shift priorities as needed
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Ability to solve problems independently and with positive, can-do attitude
- Proactivity and eagerness to learn complex products
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends and during Holidays.
