We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Provides application technical support in complex situations as well as partners with Development teams for coordination of team / project work. Provides incident management and problem management service for production related incidents for Compliance applications Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicates to management throughout the incident lifecycle. Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Graduate/post-graduate in any stream with a preferred Production Support background. Good understanding of IT Applications/Service Now/ITIL/Agile/Incident Management. Minimum - years of experience in IT/ITES industry. Proven ability to define problems, analyse and resolve complex issues Strong critical and strategic thinking skills Ability to balance multiple priorities and shift priorities as needed Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines and objectives. Ability to solve problems independently and with positive, can-do attitude Proactivity and eagerness to learn complex products Flexible to work in shifts, weekends and during Holidays.At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
