About this opportunity
We are now looking for a E2E Service Expert to be responsible for an overall execution of the new Operation Model, having multi-technology, multivendor knowledge and end-to end understanding of the Mobile Networks architectures legacy or Cloud based.
As a main responsibility, this job role will drive and support end-to-end multidomain customer centric requirements like Service Degradation Tasks, New Feature Improvements, Performance and KPI’s fix analysis, Sophisticated fix within gambit of MS responsibilities, continues end-to-end service and automation improvements.
What you will do
Enable the creation of a pool of service level professionals within Operate Networks who are passionate about improving end to end service delivery for customers Drive improvements of the existing encouraging Tools landscape, suggest new ones according to the needs resulted from the day to day operations. Hybrid eco-system proficiencies with understanding of functionalities and call flow of all NW element. Automation support to improve EOE model within SDU Bharti aiming to get optimum outputs/benefits from various Tools (MYCOM, RIBBON, Ground Hog, ACD etc) for simplifying day to day activities and Customer experience improvement. Lead the investigation with multi domain fix for chronic issues reported from Technology in form of service/KPI degradations, customer experience deterioration. Consistent analysis of all domains, in order to identify or indicate the root cause of the problem statement and provide balanced solutions/way forward. Actively talking to OEM, MSIP, MSDM, BO/TAC, Central NPO/NPI, Customer towards corelative analysis with cross domain understandings of Counters & KPIs, problem resolution, RCA conclusion, FNI/testing, Standard methodologies and Used cases rollout, impact report documentation, KT Sessions to key stakeholders.You will bring
