**Job Title: Cyber Security Expert (L3)**

Location: Bareilly UP India

**Responsibilities**:
Develop, implement, and manage cyber security policies and procedures to protect organizational assets.

Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.

Monitor security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.

Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members on cyber security best practices and techniques.

Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security trends, threats, and technologies.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an IT Security Expert or in a similar role.

Relevant certifications such as IT Security, CISM, CISSP, and/or CCIE Security are required.

Strong understanding of cyber security principles, standards, and best practices.

Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, etc.

Proficiency in conducting security assessments and penetration testing.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Master's degree in Cyber Security or related field.

Experience with cloud security technologies and services.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, etc.

Experience with security incident response and forensic investigation.
