Whatyou willdo:
EndtoEndEmployee LifecycleManagement:
Oversee theemployee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding ensuring a smoothtransition at each stage.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in the HRManagement System(HRMS).

HRProcess Management:
Develop implement and streamline HR processes to enhanceoperational efficiency.
Ensurecompliance with HR policies and procedures while providing guidanceto employees andmanagers.

EmployeeGrievance Handling:
Actas a point of contact for employees to raise grievances andconcerns.
Investigate complaintsand facilitate resolutions while maintaining confidentiality andprofessionalism.

HRMSAccuracy:
Ensure dataaccuracy and integrity in the HR ManagementSystem.

RequirementsBachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or arelated field.
5 years ofexperience in HR operations or a relatedrole.
Strong knowledge of HRpolicies employee relations and complianceissues.
Proficiency in HRIS andattendance management systems.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the abilityto manage multiple tasks.
Stronganalytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on processimprovement.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to build relationships atalllevels.
