Handling volunteeringinterventions of our corporate partners. The individual isresponsible for managing relationships & events executionwith our corporate partners allocated to them. Our ideal candidateis someone who manages multiple stakeholders can communicateeffectively and has a passion forvolunteering.

RoleandResponsibilities:

  • Leading& organizing volunteering events with corporatepartners
  • Managingrelationships with corporate partners NGOs &Vendors
  • Holdselfaccountable for the day to day event execution &operations
  • Ableto do orientation and pitch call to our corporatepartners
  • Workingclosing with other internal teams to understand fulfil &support their needs through corporatevolunteering

EducationalQualification/Experience:

  • EducationalDegree : Anygraduate
  • RelevantExperience(in years) : 2 year of work experience inevents
  • Atleast one year of experience in executing and managing any sort ofevents
  • Priorexperience in managing multiplestakeholders
  • Atleast one year of experience in project management ispreferable
  • Priorexperience in the nonprofit sector would be anadvantage
  • Candidateswith volunteering experience in Bhumi or similar organisationspreferred
  • Anygraduate

  • Goodwritten and verbal communication skills English and regionallanguage

Skills Required: Networking find out & establish contact withlocal Communities, Colleges, NGOs & other Partnerships. Able todo house visits and good reachability in the community. Written andoral communication in Tamil and English. Hindi will be an addedadvantage.. Ability to engage with daily wagers and collegedropouts & slum youths. Basic Idea of Qualitative andQuantitative research methodologies. Flexibility & Positivethoughts keen to learn new things. Education Qualification /Experience: MSW / MBA from a recognized university with 1-3 yearsof relevant experience Other Information: Designation: Associate,Skill-Ed, Student Mobilizer.
