Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design, develop, and implement corporate volunteering programs aligned with the company's values, goals, and community needs.
- Event Planning: Organize volunteer events, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with volunteers and partner organizations. This may involve both local and virtual volunteering opportunities.
- Partnership Building: Establish and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations, schools, and other community partners to identify volunteering opportunities and leverage resources.
- Communication: Create and distribute communication materials to promote volunteering initiatives, including internal newsletters, emails, and social media posts.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Track volunteer participation, hours served, and impact metrics. Generate reports to communicate the success of the program to stakeholders and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and safety regulations related to volunteering activities.
Qualifications:
- Should have a Bachelor's degree .
- Previous experience in volunteer coordination, community engagement, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate volunteers from diverse backgrounds.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of corporate social responsibility (CSR) principles and best practices in employee volunteering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and volunteer management software platforms.
- Passion for making a positive impact in the community and a commitment to the company's values.
