Marsh McLennan Corporate Technology is seeking candidates for the following position in its Mercer Compass team based out of Mumbai.

Senior Engineer - Quality Assurance & testing

  • Engage and maintain high Stakeholder engagement, develop employee competency and assist in the understanding of deliverables

We will count on you to:

  • Angular based app automation using WebdriverIO
  • Hands-on scripting experience in JavaScript/Typescript
  • Good knowledge in test management tools like JIRA/Azure devops

· Experience in API automation

· Expertise in Cucumber BDD framework

  • Worked in Agile based projects

· Strong fundamentals on Test Metrics and KPI driver measurements

· Have a strong understanding of development and deployment tooling/process using CI/CD, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Junit, Mockito, SonarQube, Selenium, Postman/Newman, JIRA, ALM

· Have a thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in agile

development environments

· Have strong working knowledge of testing fundamentals such as TDD & BDD

· Be proficient with bug tracking and test management toolsets to support development

processes

· Have effective communication skills both verbal and written

· Have strong analytical, organization and prioritization skills

· Have the ability to work effectively in a dynamic corporate environment

· Have the ability to accept and embrace change

What you need to have:

· Strong collaborative skills to work with high functioning QA team

· Strong in testing concepts to deliver release with high quality and timelines

· The ability to negotiate and work through challenging environments to effect change

· The ability to maintain a positive attitude

· Provide feedback to the QA team members

  • Angular based app automation using / Protractor
  • Hands on in JavaScript/Typescript
  • Good knowledge in test management tools like JIRA/Azure devops
  • Worked in Agile based projects

· Experience in Selenium/Java based automation framework
