KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

: Drive hiring of EIM/ FBA / EBA in the field Enable the field on how to grow the business by building a team of financial distributors i.e. top advisor of other insurance companies, MF distributors & Practicing CA. Drive Training Agenda for these top distributors Take care of their engagement agenda Manage zone resources who are responsible for above mentioned activities in the respective zone. Provide Sales training, technical support on sales concept like Business Insurance, NRI etc. Enable LPC team to drive EIM/FBA/ EBA agenda at the office, region and zone level. Ensure strong backend support subject to all the service related requirements of the EIM/FBA/EBA hired in the organization. Collaboration with HR, Finance, Underwriting & DSDO for smooth onboarding process, logins of business with underwriting support & payout of the business done by these EIM/AAIM Drive desired product mix with the help of the on boarded distributors

Measures of Success:

-Increase in the distribution size of EIM

-Deliver the plan approx. 200 cr

- We are looking 50% growth on EIM hiring

-Satisfactory & timely resolution of query received from field.

-Ensure quality of business & Hiring

-Ensure success of the initiative across all the zones.

Key competencies/skills required

Good people management experience. Good communication skills Has good analytical skills Ready to take challenges & open to participate in organization drives.

Desired qualification and experience: Post Graduation & More than 7 years of life insurance experience & have a successful track record in the industry or organization.
