JobSummary:

We are seeking amotivated Junior Firmware Developer to assist indesigning developing and maintaining firmware for embedded systems.The ideal candidate is passionate about embedded development andeager to learn with a solid understanding of C/C programming. Youwill be working under the guidance of senior developers andengineers contributing to exciting projects in embedded systems andhardwaresoftwareintegration.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • FirmwareDevelopment Support: Assist in the development andmaintenance of firmware for embeddedsystems.
  • CodeImplementation: Write clean and efficient code in C/Cunder supervision ensuring adherence to best practices and designspecifications.
  • Testing andDebugging: Help in testing debugging and troubleshootingfirmware to ensure functionality andperformance.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with senior developers hardware engineers and otherteam members to integrate firmware with hardwarecomponents.
  • Documentation:Contribute to technical documentation and reports for the firmwaredevelopmentprocess.
  • Learning andDevelopment: Continuously enhance your skills andknowledge in embedded systems and firmware development applying newtechniques whereappropriate.
Qualifications:
  • Education:Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Computer EngineeringComputer Science or a relatedfield.
  • Experience:
    • Internshipor project experience in firmware or embedded systemsdevelopment.
    • Familiarity withembedded systems programming usingC/C.
    • Exposure to hardware interfaces(e.g. SPI I2C UART etc.) and microcontrollerprogramming.
  • Skills:
    • Basicunderstanding of embedded C/Cprogramming.
    • Familiarity withmicrocontrollers (e.g. ARM Cortex AVR PIC) or other embeddedplatforms.
    • Basic knowledge ofdebugging tools (e.g. JTAG debuggers) and version control systems(e.g. Git).
    • Familiarity withRealTime Operating Systems (RTOS) is a plus but notrequired.
PreferredQualifications:
  • Experiencewith academic projects internships or extracurricular activitiesinvolving embedded systems or firmwaredevelopment.
  • Familiarity withlowlevel hardware concepts and communication protocols (e.g.Bluetooth Zigbee WiFi).
  • Eagerness tolearn and adapt to newtechnologies.

  • Good problemsolving skillsand attention to detail.
  • Strongcommunication skills both written andverbal.
