JobOverview:Bansal Industries isseeking an experienced and strategicminded Senior Marketing Managerto lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The SeniorMarketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executingcomprehensive marketing strategies managing the marketing team andcollaborating with other departments to achieve company objectives.This role requires a deep understanding of the construction andindustrial sectors as well as proven leadership and projectmanagementskills.
KeyResponsibilities:
  1. Developand implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targetsincrease market share and enhance brand visibility in theconstruction and industrial sectors.
  2. Lead andmentor the marketing team providing guidance support and feedbackto ensure high performance and professionaldevelopment.
  3. Conduct market research toidentify new opportunities market trends and customer needs andtranslate findings into actionable insights and marketinginitiatives.
  4. Oversee the development ofmarketing campaigns including advertising promotions and publicrelations activities across various channels such as digital printevents and direct marketing.
  5. Collaborate withthe sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectivesand develop effective sales support materials andtools.
  6. Manage the companys online presenceincluding the website social media platforms and online advertisingto drive engagement and leadgeneration.
  7. Monitor and analyze marketingperformance metrics such as ROI lead generation conversion ratesand customer acquisition costs to evaluate campaign effectivenessand optimize marketing spend.
  8. Build andmaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders includingclients suppliers industry associations and media partners tosupport business growth and enhance brandreputation.
  9. Stay abreast of industrydevelopments competitor activities and emerging trends in marketingand technology and make recommendations for continuous improvementandinnovation.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
  2. Provenexperience in marketing leadership roles with a minimum of 5 yearsof experience in the construction or manufacturingindustry.
  3. Strong leadership and managementskills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team set clearobjectives and drive performance.
  4. Strategicthinking and analytical skills with the ability to develop andexecute datadriven marketing strategies andinitiatives.
  5. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at alllevels.
  6. Proficiency in digital marketing toolsand platforms including SEO SEM social media email marketing andweb analytics.
  7. Demonstrated track record ofsuccess in driving business growth increasing market share andenhancing brand equity through innovative marketingstrategies.
  8. Ability to multitask prioritizeprojects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment whilemaintaining attention to detail andquality.
  9. Knowledge of local market dynamics andcustomer preferences in the construction and industrial sectors inCentral India is highlydesirable.
