The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of platforms training programs. This role requires close collaboration with lab support staff, instructors, and platform teams to manage training, conduct effective learner evaluations, and facilitate skill development. The Specialist will also oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure training content aligns with the latest platform requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Training Program Coordination: Plan and execute platforms training programs, collaborating with instructors and lab support staff to ensure smooth delivery. • Learner Evaluation & Feedback: Manage individual learner evaluations, analyze results, and work with instructors to ensure consistency and fairness. Provide feedback to learners and outline next steps. • Instructor Calibration: Facilitate calibration sessions post-evaluation to align on standards and improve training delivery. • LMS Management: Maintain and update the LMS, ensuring accessibility and up-to-date content. Monitor usage, track progress, and generate effectiveness reports. • Learning partner : Act as a learning partner to the platforms team, understanding their skill development needs and aligning training content to meet those requirements.
