Job Purpose

Driving new products / capability development with tech teams / partners for any new proposition.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Brief development, demand creation and management Project manage and drive cross functional teams to create allied processes Design and develop related consumer journeys across touchpoints Drive product development UATs with IT / Cross Functional teams Drive configuration across all systems – CRM, CPOS, Web, App, VConnect, SDP etc Project Delivery as per timelines and roll-out of new propositions/ packs/ plans across all the channels & systems - web/app, CRM post configuration and testing Creation of innovative consumer journeys across touchpoints such as app and web for new product launches and partner propositions Improve the current process of new partner integration, bring down the overall TAT and cost of doing so with a streamlined process Analyzing the funnel of existing digital journeys and improvising on them by adding new channels such as WhatsApp, chatbot and non-telco products to enhance adoption of products, revenue and customer experience Addressing any complaints related to existing products and journeys in , raising to concerned teams for timely fix and resolving customer issues

Work closely with technology partners to explore new trends & create new capabilities to deliver innovative solutions for postpaid consumers & around International Roaming Project Management Managing cross functional relationships to drive business outcomes Communication & Interpersonal skills

Must have technical / professional qualifications
