:Qualification:• Post graduate inin Data Management & Analytics preferred.Exposure to platforms such as Power BI/Tableau
Experience:• Minimum 3 years with experience in FMCG/Telecom/Consulting in sales support /MIS
Knowledge & skills:• Sound knowledge of modern analytics platforms , excel , PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of sales /operations
• Good communicator
• Ability to drive change
Best Suited for someone who• Has a passion for numbers
• Takes satisfaction in creating business impact through insight generation
• Extrovert who communicates across the hierarchy
1Decision making in monthly planning /forecasting /pricing /BTL
• Utilize the suite of performance management reports to provide direction to COO/Sales Head on opportunity areas
• Conduct simulations on business scenarios with respect to pricing , volumes etc.
2Collaborate across RPC/Cluster/HO to refine decision making
• Provide direction to cluster MIS on analytics
• Share best practices in terms of analytics across RPC
3Data submission by Cluster MIS
• Monitor deadlines for reporting and data uploads
