Refractive Manager

Role Objective:

Manage, lead, coordinate and control the sales & marketing activities in order to achieve the annual and long term sales and market share objectives of the Phakic IOLs business in the market under his/ her responsibility. Grow both Conventional and Customized procedures in existing & new facilities by working with the accounts and by coordinating the efforts and supporting with Practice Development efforts.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide quality service to internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding organizational Values at all times.
• Provides prompt customer service to all accounts & builds relationships with accounts to achieve the assigned sales goals.
• Achieves the annual Phakic IOLs sales plan & market share objectives of the assigned territory.
• Reviews the system & processes, analyses the data and perform comprehensive territory management.
• Reports to National Sales Manager Equipment Vertical & performs Intra-divisional teamwork with routine communication & coordination with GM Sales, Zonal Sales Manager and Cluster Managers of the Surgical team in the assigned territory.
• Responsible for adverse event and product complaint handling related activities at local level.
• Adherence to all corporate compliance guidelines & corporate programs by self.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor degree in Science / Pharma & Master in Business Administration (Preferably)
• 5 - 8 years of handling Ophthalmic & Vision care product with a proven track record of sales performance.
• Experience in the Sales of Capital Equipment, Consumables & Diagnostics in Institute & Government Business.
• Knowledge of Advance Technologies - IOL's & Equipment.
• Reporting & Analytical tools like Salesforce/SAP.
• Excellent command in MS Office(particularly Excel and MS PowerPoint).
