Opportunity Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join Upland India as a Software Engineer II for our Upland InGenius product. The individual will work with our global development team integrating CRM and telephony systems.At InGenius, we integrate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and telephony systems, hosted either on-premises or in the cloud. Much of our work is investigatory by nature, requiring a high level of curiosity and tenacity. We work mainly in TypeScript, and have a variety of browser applications, as well as an increasingly large footprint in AWS serverless technologies including IAM and Cognito, AppSync and Amplify and API Gateway, Lambda and Step Functions, DynamoDB and S3, with CloudWatch, CloudTrail and Graylog providing operational visibility.What would you do? Develop new features using multiple technologies across both front and back end Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with your code and production environments Collaborate with team members to establish objectives and design more cohesive code Own the development of a feature from start to finish Be an active participant in peer reviews of code Adhere to coding standards established by the team

Technical Skills

The following skills are needed for this role. Experience ·3-5 years/ Prefer 5-6 years experienced Primary Skills ·TypeScript·GraphQL·AWS Serverless technology·Working with third party APIs Secondary Skills (nice to have) ·General front end frameworks (React, Angular)·Knowledge of browser technologies and limitations·Understanding operational visibility·JavaScript build tools (. Webpack) Soft Skills ·Thrives collaborating in a team environment with a diverse range of people·Passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience·Able to have a change of mind, and able to change the minds of others·Writes clearly andconcisely·Capable of working without a companyoffice, with afully remoteteam Growth Skills ·Possesses a good work ethic; a self-starter with a desire to grow·Always looking for better ways to get the job done
